Flocculant Dosing

Paragroup’s designs and manufactures turnkey modular Flocculant Preparation & Dosing Systems. These systems mix bagged dry flocculant powder with process water to produce a flocculant solution of the desired strength. Maximum 20 m3/hour, 0.1% – 0.5% fully automatic solution preparation Polyelectrolyte preparation systems are PLC controlled fully automatic preparation systems, which are produced for the preparation of solutions from powdered polymer, consisting of 3 mixing sections, namely dissolution, maturation and storage. Polyelectrolyte, which is made of 304 stainless steel material as standard, is successfully used in treatment and industrial applications with its preparation units, powder polyelectrolyte chamber, dosage screw group, mixers, water preparation, measurement, dosage and mixing accessories, overflow and drainage structures.
